Final design files are delivered upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
HP Creative Designs reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any logos, images, or content they provide.

5. Payments & Deposits

A deposit (typically 50%) may be required before work begins.
Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may result in project delays or withholding of final files.

6. Revisions & Scope

Projects include a limited number of revisions as outlined in your proposal.
Additional revisions or work outside the original scope may be billed at an hourly rate.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services:

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
Completed or partially completed work is non-refundable

8. Website & Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for:

Third-party platform outages (e.g., Wix, hosting providers, email services)
Changes made by clients or third parties after project completion
Ongoing maintenance unless under a separate agreement
